PRCUA Adopts New Privacy
Regulation
CHICAGO, IL - JULY 1, 2001 - The Federal financial modernization legislation known as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley
Act was enacted last fall and became effective on July 1, 2001. This act
set fourth the standards for protecting the privacy of consumers in
financial institutions. The Polish Roman Catholic Union has always
respected privacy of our customers both online and offline. In June, we
sent privacy statements to all of our members stating our guidelines
