Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New
York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Road Island, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia,
and Wisconsin. Insurance, Annuity and membership offers are available only to applicants
who are of Polish nationality or descent, members of the Roman Catholic
Church, or those related by marriage to an individual who is eligible for
membership. We also admit Slavs, Ruthenians, and Lithuanians who are members
in good standing in the Catholic Church, according to the Roman, Armenian or
Greek rites. Applicants must reside in one of the states for which PRCUA is
licensed. Insurance and Annuity coverage is subject to PRCUA approval.
